How do I get from the airport to Dubrovnik?

The airport shuttle from DBV costs €8 one way (about $9) and runs timed to incoming flights, not on a fixed timetable. It takes roughly 35 minutes along the D8 coastal road, with the final stop at Pile Gate, the western entrance to the walled Old Town. Most hotels within the walls are a 5-to-10-minute walk from Pile.
