Cusco's cafe scene lives at 3,400 meters, where altitude slows the morning and the coffee has to work harder. What that produces is a peculiar hybrid: pre-Columbian bakeries next door to third-wave roasters, tea rooms that serve muña alongside espresso, French crepe counters that keep Andean hours.
